01. THE CONTRACT

By purchasing the [ 01 ] Initial Performance Audit, you are entering into a binding agreement with Human Recalibration. Access to the system is granted only upon successful verification of payment via Stripe.

02. THE AUDIT PROCESS

• Intake: Upon payment of £99, you must complete the System Intake Form.

• The Session: The Audit consists of a 90-minute remote diagnostic session conducted via encrypted Signal/WhatsApp or Google Meet if . Or in house

• Scope: This is a performance optimization service. Your Analyst is not a medical doctor. These protocols are designed for healthy individuals seeking peak cognitive and physical output.

03. CANCELLATION & RECALIBRATION (REFUNDS)

• The 48-Hour Rule: To reschedule your Audit without forfeiting your fee, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice.

• Refunds: Under UK Consumer Law (Distance Selling), you have a 14-day "cooling-off" period. However, this right is waived once you have booked and attended the Audit session, as the service is then considered "fully performed."

• Technical Failure: If the "System" (the Analyst) fails to attend or a technical fault occurs on our end, a full recalibration (reschedule) or refund will be issued.

04. DATA INTEGRITY & PRIVACY (GDPR)

• Encryption: All performance data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR. We use Signal for high-level communication to ensure end-to-end encryption of your personal metrics.

• Records: We store only the data necessary to track your optimization. We do not sell your "biometric" or "performance" data to third parties.

05. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The User (You) remains 100% responsible for the implementation of the System protocols. Human Recalibration is not liable for any physical, mental, or financial outcomes resulting from the application of the Audit's findings.

06. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled within this jurisdiction.

PRIVACY & DATA INTEGRITY

01. DATA COLLECTION

Human Recalibration collects only the essential metrics required to perform your [ 01 ] Performance Audit. This includes biological data, lifestyle markers, and performance goals provided via our secure intake terminals.

02. GLOBAL & IN-HOUSE DEPLOYMENT

• Global Access: Protocol sessions are primarily conducted via encrypted digital channels.

• Regional Priority (Lincoln & Surrounds): Clients located within the Lincolnshire Sector are eligible for In-House/On-Site deployment. Physical presence for calibration is subject to additional logistics fees and schedule availability.

• In-Person Privacy: For all physical visits, the System maintains strict anonymity protocols. No data is stored on-site; all findings are transferred immediately to your encrypted digital profile.

03. ENCRYPTION & STORAGE

We do not use standard unencrypted email for sensitive performance data. All high-level communication is routed through Signal/WhatsApp or Google Meet to ensure end-to-end encryption. Your data is never sold, traded, or shared with third-party "Big Tech" health platforms.

04. YOUR RIGHTS (UK GDPR)

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to request a "System Wipe" (deletion of all your data) at any time. To initiate this, contact the System via the [ 08 ] Contact Terminal
